But I have to get some shit off my mind. I am seriously obese. I hate every second of it. I am sad. I still run, but I eat way too much. My goal is to do a marathon this year so I am stepping up the training. And when it gets warm enough to run outside, I'll do it instead of the gym.

Another thing blowing my mind is my aunt and uncle's split. They were my favorite aunt and uncle. Neither are talking much about it but where I am reading between the lines is that my uncle cheated on my aunt and walked out on the family. I ate lunch with my aunt and cousin on Saturday and had a blast. I refuse to push them out of my life because some parts of my family are. She is genuinely hurt. She said that her first husband was an asshole, but he never did the things my uncle did. I want to be there for her and I want to make my family realize that after a little while it can all blow over. Most of my aunts family lives out of state or in PR. I am trying to stay in touch with her just to joke and make her feel better. I know how bad a breakup can go and I don't want her to be sad. It is tough moving on.

Well... My life is a little sad right now. I haven't updated anything in a long time because it's been sad and crazy. I updated myspace with what is going on but not here. Scott lost his job in November. Which hit us hard. What hit us even harder was I found out December 5th that I will also be losing my job. My last day is January 4th... Basically we're screwed. I do get a little severance but not much. Scott did get another job but doesn't start until December 27th. Merry Fucking Christmas right? In addition to that, we've had several deaths. One of my closest friends passed away. Tina and I didn't see each other much because she lived so far away but I loved her still the same :). It was very sudden and I miss her so much. Then my uncle passed away after a long battle with cancer. What hit me the most was Connie, my sister in law. She wasn't the crack head sister in law. She and I shared the same niece and nephew. Connie had breast cancer and battled for 13 years. In a way it was peaceful, her death, but so sad. The death of Connie hit Scott and I like a ton of bricks. She was only 38. Left a 5 year old son and a wonderful husband. Connie was so concerned with leaving her son that she wrote out all of his birthday cards up to age 21, a graduation card, a wedding card, and Christmas cards. She was such a stong woman. She will be missed. Well sorry for the sad entry and lack of entries, but now that I have time on my hands I will update more. I have to get my diet back on track and since I have more time to update I can monitor my food as well. Miss all of you.

Well any of you living in Maryland know how bad it is today. My company does not have a weather policy, but my boss has given a 2 hour delay. He said he will call us after he hits the road and decide if it is safe. I am talking to my other boss and we are seriously not liking going in. I think she and I are not going in today. Saturday morning is about the only thing I hate about my job. I have to be on call in the morning. Which means I have to wake up super early and make sure that I contact the customers if their installs are being rescheduled. Weather is a big impactor. Right now my insallers are complaining that it is too cold outside. I had to reschedule Monday-Wednesday's installs. Now for those who are not up to speed I am a Project Coordinator for Empire Today (yes the carpet people!) My job is to handle from begining to end the ordering, scheduling, and troubleshooting of all siding and gutter orders. I get so many angry customers. Anyho. I schedule gutter installs for Saturday, but I am not in the office. The company is so kind to give me a company cell phone which my installers call me on all of the time. I have to make sure everything is copasetic for the installs even on Saturdays. I had to call a man this morning because the installer I had scheduled for today had an accident and now the installer can not do his job today. It's very interesting. I used to hate my job and sometimes the stress does get to me, but I really love the people I work with and I love my boss.

So my plans for today. I am going to the gym. Then to Big Lots to get a few things. Finally I am hitting the mall for some well deserved shopping. I didn't get the birthday presents yesterday so I need to get those. What should I do. I have a $100 gift card to Bannana Republic, $65 to JC Penny, and $50 to Macy's. Should I spend it all now on clothes that fit now or save it for when I finally do lose weight again. Maybe I'll spend half so I have something to look forward to.

I had to go downstairs to feed my pets. My two indoor cats will beg for food in the morning even if they have a whole bowl. My outside cat is already up and wondering around. It's been really cold so most night's I've kept him in the house. I brought him in last night for a while but he meowed to go outside and just took off. For those who don't know I also have a Rat named Anubis. Don't laugh. Rats are awesome pets. They are very clean and gentle. Mine is so big now. When we got him he was the size of a little mouse. Now he is bigger than a kitten. I know when I got Abigail she was smaller than Anubis.

Well I am just finishing up my morning. Had a few cups of coffee. Hitting the gym shortly then off to the mall!

I figured that I would update over my morning cup of coffee. I realized today that I have become the laziest fattest piece of shit. Since getting this job I've packed on like 20lbs and have not been exercising. I am now up to a size 12 or 13!!!!!!! It's like the death of me now. I have full closet of clothes that are all 8's and 10's that do not fit me. I mean nice clothes. Jeans, suits, shirts. I have like a small sampling of clothing left. So starting today I am getting off my lazy ass and working harder. Tonight I am going to the gym after work... well after I go shopping. I have two birthday gifts to buy so I am stopping at the mall on my way home, then hitting the gym. If I am paying for the membership, I need to use it more than 2 times a week. And I need to stop eating doughnuts. Everyday someone brings in fucking doughnuts and my fat ass takes one. Thank God Scott doesn't care about my weight. I really don't care accept for the fact I cant fit in any of my awesome clothes. Well..... Later

So I have been absent from LJ forever. I do not have much to update on. The job rocks still. I have a new boss and she is so awesome. Right now the home improvement business is slow so work is a little slow. I have more responsibilities now. I am in charge of the siding and the gutter installs. Life is OK except for my bills. Ugh. I am refinancing the house with some cash out to pay them off, then I will have a clean slate. We just finished the bathroom and it looks awesome!!!!!! I will take some pictures and post them soon. I need to post some new pics anyhow. Tonight is cleaning night. Scott and I have been paiting and stuff so the house is a mess. Tonight it will be prisine. So I will update some tomorrow. Ok so you know the last year of a living hell that I've had well.... I got a new job. It is with Empire Direct, the flooring company and I will be in Chicago from September 10th-22nd for training. Go me Go me. I will update more about life, being a fatty, and some pictures after I finish some homework. I feel like I can finally breath a little and please everyone look me up on myspace so we can chat there too. I will need some entertainment the evenings I am gone. The only downside is I will be gone on my first wedding anniversary. The plus side is from 9/29-10/1 we are staying at a bed and breakfast to celebrate~! But I gotta go now. Mad homework to do.

I've noticed that I have several groups of friends. They are all great people who I love. It's hard for me to have a get together or even keep in touch because they are all over the world. And even those who are right here in my state, I'm afraid that one group of friends does not like another group of friends. It's tough. Sometimes I feel that I've made bad choices as to who are my friends. Look at Adrienne for example. She and I were such good friends and now she is petty over a little argument that we had months ago. Seriously little like arguing over where to eat for lunch. Won't even invite me to her wedding! Plus she doesn't have the nerve to tell me, I found out through someone else. Then the snob pretends to be friends long enough for me to give her a birthday present. I watched the little bitch grow up. Oh well shows you what type of person she really is. I wish there was a way to be friends with some people and not make other friends mad, but look at Adrienne. You never know the type of character a person has until they act out of sorts. Plus if someone is really my friend they shouldn't care who I am friends with. Even if my friends don't care for each other. Just don't hang out at the same time I guess. Oh well back to work.

Well, vaca has come and gone. I feel like we just picked up Joel and then turned around to drop him off again at the airport. It was nice to have a houseguest! Joel was our first. I'm sad to see vacation end. I've been reading She's Come Undone  Just got it on Tuesday and almost finished.  I think I'm joining Oprah's Book club because this is the second bood from her book club that I've read and enjoyed.  I always promise pictures, but trust me they're coming!  I'll have some of Joel and the party.....and... my friend Jenny has posted a few blast from the past pics.  If my hubby can get the scanner working I'll do the same.

Do you think that diet or exercise is more important to your health. I know diet and exercise go hand in hand, but is it more effective to exercise everyday, but still have a diet that is not "like a diet" meaning you will allow yourself to have the occasional desert or hamburger. Or.... Is is better to eat very carefully watching fats, calories, sugars etc... but never exercise?
